My Africa Photo Competition

Mo Ibrahim Foundation MIF My Africa Photo Competition

As part of its 10th year anniversary, Mo Ibrahim Foundation (MIF) invites  Africans to submit to its My Africa Photo Competition. My Africa Photo Competition provides an opportunity for African photographers to capture their vision of Africa through their own lenses. MIF seeks images that capture Africa in its many diverse settings and communities, depicting what developments, challenges and opportunities could potentially look like over the next 10 years. The theme is open to your personal interpretation but MIF wants beautiful, inspiring and original photographs.

The collection will ultimately become part of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation. A selection of the best photographs will be displayed at the anniversary celebration in October, with prizes of $10,000 USD for the top three entries.

There are three categories for entry: professional, amateur and photographers under the age of 18. MIF will display a selection of the best photographs at the exhibition of its 10th year celebration and its website.
