Lunaris Review

Lunaris Review published literary fiction (flash fiction, short story and creative nonfiction). Lunaris Review accepts submission of flash fiction up to 1,000 words; short story, creative non-fiction up to 4,000 words and essay not longer than 7,500 words. Does not accept sci-fi and erotic compositions.

Submission should be sent as attachment in .doc or .pdf format using double line spacing. The attachment should include your name, email address, the title of the story and the word count. In the subject line write in caps: YOUR NAME: FICTION/ESSAY SUBMISSION.

Poetry: Lunaris Review accepts poems of diverse thematic pre-occupations, forms and styles. Do not send more than four poems per submission period and the length of individual poems should not exceed 40 lines. Although, longer poems would not be declined, but shorter poems would be given first consideration. Submission should be sent as attachment in .doc or .pdf format using double line spacing. The attachment must include your name, email address, the title of the poem(s) and the number of lines. In the subject line write in caps: YOUR NAME: POETRY SUBMISSION.

: Visual Artwork (photographs inclusive) will be considered for the cover and/or interior of each issue. Do not send more than seven pieces per submission period. Any format is acceptable Attach your works as high-resolution files. In the subject line write in caps: YOUR NAME: ARTWORKS/PHOTOGRAPHY SUBMISSION.

Include your name, your email, and a brief biography in the body of the email. Publish previously unpublished works, either online or in print. Multiple submissions are not accepted. Accept simultaneous submissions. Does not charge submission fees and does not pay contributors. All submissions should be sent to africa@lunarisreview.com.

Submission Windows
January issue: October 1st – November 30th
April Issue: January 1st – February 28th
July issue: April 1st – May 31st
October Issue: July 1st – August 31st
Any work received after the deadline would be automatically considered for the following issue.
