Submit your Short Story to amaBooks

amaBooks short story collections
Deadline: Feb. 14.

amaBooks seeks short stories submissions from Zimbabwean writers for its new collection. Because it has no length restrictions or any particular theme, amaBooks can’t wait to read your work. So, just submit your best work. amaBooks is a small independent publishing house based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. So, it mainly publishes novels, short stories, and poetry, with a few local history and culture titles.

Email your story as a Word attachment to amabooksbyo@gmail.com. Do not include any artwork or photographs. Proofread any documents you send, correcting spelling and grammatical errors. Please indicate if you have sent the work to another publisher for consideration.

It will only contact authors of accepted stories. Because of its small publisher status, amaBooks cannot give feedback on work submitted that it chooses not to publish. And accepted writers will receive a copy of the book. Also, writers retain copyright of their stories.
