Nigeria LNG Limited sponsors The Nigeria Prize for Literature. The prize aims to bring Nigerian authors to public attention and celebrate excellence in literary accomplishments in the nation.
The prize honors the author of the best book by a Nigerian within the last four years. The prize rotates among four genres: prose fiction, drama, poetry, and children literature. This year’s prize awards the best drama piece in the last four years, after January 2014. The winner will receive $100,000.
To submit, send 10 copies of your entry, along with an e-copy and evidence of Nigerian citizenship. You can prove your citizenship by sending a copy of your passport or national ID card. Also, include your complete contact information such as emails, phone numbers, addresses, etc.

The prize would be judged by a panel of judges, which includes Prof. Matthew Umukoro, Prof. Mohammed Inuwa Buratai, Dr. Ngozi Udegwu, and an international consultant. The judges will announce the winner in October.
