The Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyards opens its call for submission for its Words And Wine Haiku Competition. To enter, all you need do is write a haiku written in English inspired by the ‘Words And Wine’ theme.
First of all, the winner will get a cash prize of R 5,000. Also, the vineyard will offer you 12 cases of Leopard’s Leap wine labelled with the winning haiku back label copy. In addition, you will receive two Open Book Festival passes and R500 Book Lounge voucher.
Furthermore, Leopard’s Leap will use the winning haiku as a back label copy on a specific Leopard’s Leap wine. To cap it all, the winning haiku will be displayed at Open Book Festival venues and the Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyards in Franschhoek. Also, Haiku entries may be printed on various promotional items including posters, canvas and leaflets.

Participant must be 18+ by July 1, 2016. Participants must reside in the Republic of South Africa. While, employees, their immediate families and agents of the Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyards are not eligible. The winner will be announced on Sept. 6, 2016.
