Enkare Review accepts unsolicited submissions

Enkare Review accepts unsolicited submissions
Deadline: April 30, 2018.

Enkare Review is currently accepting submissions centered around the subject of inclusivity. Submit poetry, fiction, and non-fiction submissions, written in English or translated into English to submissions@enkare.org. Also include a  cover letter, indicating if your submission is a translation and the original language.

Email your submission as a Word documents (.doc or .docx) attachment. Therefore, do not paste the text of your work in the body of the email. However, include a 200-word bio in the body of the email. So, don’t attach your bio as a separate document. On the first page of your manuscript, write out your name, email address and title of work.

Also, format your document as Times New Roman, size 12, double-spaced and left aligned. And for more information formatting, read the Proper Manuscript Format by William Shunn. Failure to adhere will result in your submission being rejected by the editors.

Recommended limit: your prose submission should be between 2,500 to 7500 words. While you can submit 4-7 poems. Remember to submit the poems in a single document. Do adhere to the word limit. However, Enkare Review could accept work above the recommended limit if it makes sense to surpass the word limit. So, don’t hold back.

Other Submission Guidelines

Enkare Review accepts simultaneous submissions but requests notification when your submission is accepted for publication elsewhere. It also recommends you read previously published pieces on Enkare Review to get a grasp of the kind of submissions it seeks.

Submit only one piece of work at a time and wait for a response before sending another. It will respond to submissions within three months after the submission period closes. It will notify you within that period if your submission has been accepted for publication. And if you don’t hear within that period, send a query to info@enkare.org

As much as it would like to compensate you, Enkare Review does not pay at this moment. Good luck!
